At LawnCrafters, we take care of the lawns and landscapes in and around the Mankato, Minnesota area. Since 2007, we have been going above and beyond for our community and it is all thanks to our incredible team members. Our company is expanding and we are searching for more Snow Removal Crew Members to join the LawnCrafters family. There are multiple snow removal positions open in different departments!
Our office is located in Eagle Lake, Minnesota. All Snow Removal Crew Member applicants must live in Eagle Lake or in a nearby area like Mankato, St. Peter, Madison Lake, Janesville, or Elysian.
Snow Removal Crew Member Position Duties:
- Removing snow from sidewalks and parking lots
- Salting where necessary
- Using equipment like trucks, skid loaders, front-end loaders, salt spreaders, and brine sprayers

Snow Removal Crew Member Applicant Requirements:
- Flexible schedule is a must
- Ability to work before, during, and after snow storms
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from our office in Eagle Lake, MN
Schedule:
- You will be working before, during, and after snow storms. It is critical that your schedule is flexible. Long shifts (12+ hours) are possible and required when needed.
Pay:
- $20-$25 per hour with additional production bonuses
- Pay is based on experience and which department would be the best fit for you
- Overtime pay is available to those interested
